Our trainers care about our members. Many of our trainers have their own fitness story and understand the struggle our members face. Each and every class can be modified to any fitness level.
All of our trainers are certified trainers with many years of varied experience. They have a wide range of backgrounds which is translated into the many styles of classes we offer. Our classes include a wide range from choreographed kettle bell, weight circuit, cardio/weight combo classes, heavy lifting, core, varieties of yoga, and so much more.
We want to make fitness fun again. Many people walk into a gym and have no idea where to start, that is where we come in. We want everyone to be comfortable in the gym and reach their full potential.
After being open only two years, we were voted Best Fitness Center for Knox Stars.
Both our owner, Brooks Dean, and Lead Trainer, Kim Day, were voted as one of the Best of the Best Personal Trainers in Knoxville for 2019.

We offer as many as 16 different types of classes offered up to 23 times a week. Workouts are different each class with different types of classes each day.
