The Knox County Health Dept/Board of Health has elected to transition to Tennessee Pledge to start effective 7/1/2020 with some adjustments to the way businesses operate. Please be sure to read all of the following in order to be able to enter the gym.
If you answer YES to any of the following questions, do NOT come to the facility.
· I have had face-to-face contact for 10 or more minutes with someone who has COVID-19.
· I have been told to quarantine/isolate by a health care provider or the health department.
· Have you been experiencing any of the following:
o Fever (prior to use of fever-reducing medication)
o Cough, shortness of breath
o New loss of sense of taste/smell
o Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
**You must bring a mask and have it available to you when at the facility.**
In addition, Knox County Board of Health has created Regulation No. 2020-1 known as COVID-19 Face Covering Regulation. This requires masks to be worn in all enclosed spaces. Our gym area is not considered an enclosed area; therefore, masks are not required. However, if you enter the office space for any reason a mask must be worn.
Our trainers care about our members. Many of our trainers have their own fitness story and understand the struggle our members face. Each and every class can be modified to any fitness level.
All of our trainers are certified trainers with many years of varied experience. They have a wide range of backgrounds which is translated into the many styles of classes we offer. Our classes include a wide range from choreographed kettle bell, weight circuit, cardio/weight combo classes, heavy lifting, core, varieties of yoga, and so much more.
We want to make fitness fun again. Many people walk into a gym and have no idea where to start, that is where we come in. We want everyone to be comfortable in the gym and reach their full potential.
